Hi! I'm Wagner, an English teacher passionate about languages, cultures, and people.

Born in Brazil and raised in the United States, I later returned to Brazil to study Languages and Literature. Living between two cultures shaped the teacher I am today.

I've been teaching English for over 10 years to adults and teenagers in both countries, including students from Vietnam, China, Ecuador, and several African countries.

I believe a language is more than memorizing rules: it's a tool for connecting with people and cultures. That's why I use a natural, communicative approach, with lessons tailored to each student's level, goals, and interests.

My goal is simple: to connect people through English.

My method combines principles from the Natural Approach and the Direct Method, adapted for teaching English as a second language in online classes.



The idea is to bring learning closer to the way we develop our first language: by listening, understanding, and speaking.


This means English is present from the very first minute of class, always respecting the student's level.


Instead of constantly relying on translation, you learn to understand meaning through context, interaction, and exposure to the language.

O inglês é utilizado desde o início das aulas, de forma gradual e adequada ao nível do aluno. A ideia é reduzir a dependência da tradução e criar mais oportunidades para ouvir, compreender e falar.

O objetivo não é simplesmente conhecer o inglês, mas aprender a utilizá-lo para se comunicar.
